About Me
Jack is our resident cocker spaniel he is four years old and tends to live in his own little world! Jack has had a very good summer getting placed several times at local shows in obedience. The highlight of which was winning the fastest recall at Bowood country show out of 50 plus dogs. He has attended some one on one agility classes which he loved and continues to enjoy agility and obedience.
Elle (Teisgol Tassinaia) is one of our resident pointers, she will be two in November and is very much the princess. I am hoping to continue Elle's agility training over the next few months. Elle has attended a couple of shows this summer and was placed however its not really her thing so we will be concentrating on agility and hopefully field training.
Teigan (Teisgol Under The Mistletoe) our puppy pointer will be one in December and has had a great summer showing. On her first outing at Bowood she came 4th out of 56 puppys, at her next companion show Wanborough we were delighted when she won best puppy and went on to win best puppy in show. I have taken her to date to three championship shows, Windsor her first big show she behaved wonderfully and was third in minor puppy bitch and then third in pro plan pup of the year beating all the puppy pointer bitches. Our next championship show was Bournemouth we were over the moon when she won minor puppy bitch. The Welsh Kennel club show was in deepest Wales and involved a night in a hotel for Alan, Teigan and myself. Teigan loved the hotel and even rode in the lift! Again she behaved well and was second in Minor Puppy Bitch, We have several more shows to attend this year. We are delighted that she has qualified for Crufts 2010 and are already excited about taking her. She is now moving up from Minor Puppy to Puppy so fingers crossed the success will continue. Teigan is a treasure to own and loves playing with all the puppy boarders.
We have a new addition who is defiantly a daddy's boy in Otta (Teisgol Tanzanite JW)
Otta is Teigan's dad and a beautiful four year old male pointer. Otta has settled extremely well into our home and routine. Alan and Otta have been to a Open show are were brilliant together getting a second only being beaten by Elle's Dad Henry. Otta and Alan are going to attend another show later in the year.
However as we now have two entire males living in the house, we are no longer able to accept entire males for boarding. We have had entire males board this summer with no problems however it is a concern so new entire males will not be registered. All those currently registered are welcome as normal.
